The EKCH005 lithium battery cells capacity tester is designed to perform constant current and constant voltage charging, as well as constant current discharge tests on 512 batteries simultaneously within a specified voltage range. It includes a patented power supply for seamless transition from constant current to constant voltage, ideal for lithium-ion battery charging.

The equipment is controlled by an AVR single-chip computer and can be operated through an upper-level computer or its control panel. It saves complete charge and discharge curves for all channels when connected to a computer. Each battery has an independent power source, eliminating interference and allowing real-time voltage detection.
